Can I track my package if it was shipped through the United States Postal Service? Packages shipped thorugh the USPS are not trackable. We may be able to provide you with proof of shipping, but we cannot provide tracking information like a UPS package.
- Split shipment of orders
Do you split ship orders? Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may be split into more than one box/delivery. It is possible to receive multiple boxes on different days for the same order. This does not affect your shipping charges.
